360 has had a great deal of experience of working with Human Resource departments. Over the years many systems and modelling tools have been built to aid the administration of various processes and aso to help analyse data including "What-if" analyses. We have one product - Compas which is used in various countries worldwide for conducting salary (or merit) reviews. We also have a number of prototype systems covering various other benefit processes which could be easily moulded to your company's requirements.
 
COMPAS

COMPAS is a piece of software which administers a company's Salary Review (or Merit Review) process. It works best in large companies where a central database of employees has to be divided up and reviewed/amended by different people. Once reviewed the changes are collated back centrally where results are checked and uploaded back to a core database.

The key features of the system are that HR are able to control the key parameters surrounding the review, budgets for each department, on-target salaries for individuals and performance ratings among others. They are also able to use the unique "optimiser" which will allocate salaries in the most fair manner using an individual's current "position in range" and performance rating, but keeping managers with their overall budget. No other software offers this functionality.
