Response Multimedia Conferencing System complete June 2004
This system is a step forward in terms of response capture for conference delegates. Previously, the most sophisticated systems use a PDA to capture notes that delegates would write during the conference. This system which uses a wireless network and Tablet computers allows delegates to do much more. Not only can they send messages, but messages can be received back from the conference administrator. They can also answer questionnaires that have been set with the results automatically analysed and charted. Powerpoint presentations can also be viewed as well as other documents.

Further enhancements are planned, such as synchronised presentation viewing and web access.

Coors Brewers Bar Analyser complete February 2004
Development of the Bar Analyser is now complete. The system which was developed in Microsoft Excel allows the salesperson to assess the current profitability of a bar. Products, prices and volumes are added and profitability is then charted by Category, Brand and Font. The resultant charts are then output using Office automation to a Powerpoint presentation for the customer. The system seamlessly extracts data from a local Access database containing product information to make the system easier to use by the salesforce and is likely to make a big impact.
